Can I have my order delivered by express?

Yes, next working day delive­ry is available on UK mainland orders. To ensure next working day delivery, all orders need to be placed before 12 noon the previous working day. Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday only. A signature will be required. Sorry but this service is not available for customers with a delivery address outside of the UK mainland.

I want to change my online order, how do I do this?

Sorry but we are unable to make alterations to online orders. This is because we process orders as soon as they are received, ready to be packed and dispatched so we can get them delivered to you as soon as possible.

Do you deliver overseas?

The UK online store can only accept orders to be delivered to the following destinations; UK Mainland including Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Eire. USA customers should vist https://www.designersguild.com/us/ to place an online order.

Will I be charged VAT?

All prices on our site are VAT inclusive.

What happens if I order an item that is currently out of stock?

If any part of your order is out of stock at the time of ordering, you will be given the option at check-out of either part shipment or to wait for all goods to be in stock before shipping. Orders that are part shipped will be charged an additional, one off payment of £3.95, regardless of how many shipments are made.

Can I return my mail order item to a retail store?

To ensure efficient refunds, retail refunds should ideally be made at the store where you made your purchase. However, items purchased from our online store can be returned to either our King's Road Showroom & Homestore or our Marylebone High Street Homestore. We regret that this option is not available for purchases of sample cuttings. Sample cuttings are non-returnable items. If an item is faulty whom should I contact?

In the unlikely event that an item in your delivery is faulty or damaged please contact our customer services team: ukonlinereturns@designersguild.com

Can I return a sale item?

Yes, sale items can be returned for a refund, as long as they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. Please see our returns section for full details.

How do I return my order?

To begin our automated returns procedure please login with the account details you used to place the order. Locate the order that you wish to return and press the returns button (Only qualifying orders will display the returns button, please refer to our returns policy). Select the product you wish to return, enter the quantity and reason for the return.


Where are your retail outlets?

Our Designers Guild flagship stores are located at 267 Kings Road, London, SW3 and Space 76, Marylebone High Street, London W1. Please refer to our list of stockists to find your nearest Designers Guild retailer.

Why do you need my email address?

Your email address is required so that we keep you updated with the status of your order. With your consent, we would also like to keep you updated about our promotions and special offers.
