GRAPEFRUIT NEGRONI CHRISTMAS COCKTAIL

There is nothing like a festive tipple to get you in the mood for celebrating this time of year. It is great to have one of these up your sleeve to impress guests with:

60ml Aperol

30ml Gin

120ml tonic water

60ml grapefruit juice

1stp lemon juice

Combine gin, Aperol, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice in an ice-filled shaker; shake gently. Strain into a glass. Garnish glass with a grapefruit twist, sprig of rosemary or red berries for a touch of festive decoration.

We like to add extra fizz with a top up of sparkling wine or Prosecco too!
