PA to Chief Executive & Head of HR

We are looking for a professional, discreet and highly-organised person to join the Chief Executive’s office at our West London, HQ. This is a full-time position and involves the provision of general secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and Head of Human Resources to ensure the smooth running of the CEO’s office and maintain continuity in their absence.

Previous secretarial/office experience, in a similar role would be a great advantage. The ideal candidate would hold an Executive PA diploma and/or have attended an extensive secretarial training course. It therefore goes without saying that strong computer skills are an essential requirement. A good telephone manner is crucial along with fluency in written and spoken English.

The role includes:
• Setting up meetings and diary management
• Handling telephone calls and correspondence
• Looking after visitors
• Booking of travel
• Preparing and organising agendas and taking minutes of meetings.
• Organisation of miscellaneous social and wellbeing events such as 'happy hours', yoga, meditation and shopping evenings
• General HR administration e.g. following up references, data entry, right to work checks, recruitment advertising, coordination of schedules for work experience students and so forth.

A clean driving license would be a bonus but is not essential for the position.

Part-Time Administrative Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our Retail and Administration team. Based at the Kings Road flagship store, our Retail team handles the purchasing for both our Kings Road flagship store and our store in Marylebone High Street. We are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join the team.

The successful candidate will handle some reports, process retail payroll and commission in addition to general administration.

Suitable candidates will have previous administrative experience (experience in a retail environment would be a plus). Candidates must be team players and comfortable working in fast paced environment. A keen interest in contemporary design and furniture is a bonus. Proficiency in Excel beneficial.

Concierge and General Assistant

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours, 5 days per week) Concierge and General Assistant to join our team at our flagship store in Chelsea.

The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills and will be required to assist in all aspects of a busy retail environment, including heavy lifting and general building maintenance.

The role will be responsible for the security of stock, safety of staff & customers and will respond to all security and safety matters.

Responsibilities also include ordering and booking-on stock, fire and intruder alarm-bell testing, maintaining the appearance of front and back of house areas, assisting with POS displays, and occasional off-site visits to deliver to clients or resolve issues on behalf of our customers.

The role will suit a multi-tasker, who is happy to roll up their sleeves, has a very high attention to detail and the ability to self-manage.

Work Experience - Retail

We have fantastic work experience positions available based at our stunning flagship showroom on the King's Road in Chelsea. We usually accommodate placements of 1 or 2 weeks and you will gain a valuable insight into both retail and interior design. Our internships are unpaid, although we offer a nominal amount to cover your travel expenses and lunch.

We are currently inviting applications for placements from late June 2022 onwards.

Regrettably we are unable to accommodate students under the age of 18.
