Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic in-house Interior Designer.

Working from our Kings Road Flagship store, this person will be responsible for initiating, designing and project managing all Designers Guild’s retail interior projects and design services which include: bespoke curtains, design consultation, upholstery, interiors advice on colour and texture and project management.

The successful candidate will be highly presentable, both sales and target driven, very organised, personable, charismatic, with a passion for creative design with experience in the luxury end of interior design. The ability to work well under pressure whilst delivering an interior that both befits Designers Guild’s high standards and gives the customer total satisfaction is key for this role.

This is an important part of our business and there are opportunities to further develop this division further by the right person.

Reporting to our Head of Retail, you will join a motivated and friendly team working on a full-time basis, 40 hours per week. (The showroom is open 6 days a week)

Swedish Speaking Customer Service Executive

We currently have a fantastic opportunity within our Scandinavian Customer Service department for an experienced Customer Service Executive who has the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have to be fluent in spoken and written Swedish, (fluency in any other Scandinavian languages are advantageous) plus have an understanding of Danish and Norwegian.

The key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring orders are processed accurately within the agreed service levels.
• Dealing directly with clients either by Phone & Email (B2B, Export)
• Responding promptly to customer enquiries (Price, Delivery, Stock availability etc)
• Liaison with internal departments (Purchasing, Marketing, Warehouse, Credit Control etc)
• Communication with external department (Couriers, Treatment Centres etc)
• After sales care
• Supporting VIP accounts and so forth

The perfect applicant will be able to demonstrate a positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional and natural telephone manner.

Italian Speaking Customer Service Account Executive

This is not the typical call centre environment and the ideal candidate will have to be fluent in spoken and written Italian (as well as English) coupled with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Showroom Interiors Sales Consultant - Kings Road

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours, 5 days per week), dynamic, sales driven Sales Consultant to join our team at our flagship fabric showroom in Chelsea.

Applicants must have relevant sales experience and a knowledge of and interest in soft furnishings. Experience of dealing with fabrics in a retail environment is an advantage. You will be expected to promote sales, advise customers on interior decoration and maintain the high standards required by the company. A keen interest in contemporary design and furniture is a bonus.

Spanish Speaking Customer Service Coordinator

We require a bright, intelligent and flexible person to join our Spanish Customer Service team to deal with our Spanish agents and trade customers.

Along with the drive and initiative and the ability to work under pressure, excellent administration, organisation and customer services skills are required as well as very good language skills in written and spoken English as well as fluency in Spanish. You will be working within a small team and will need to be a great team player; you will also need to interact with other departments within one of the most exciting design companies in the UK today.

At least one year's experience in an office environment is required.
