New Collections - Autumn/Winter 2022

The brand new Tapestry Flower collection of luxury fabrics and wallpapers have officially gone live - lets take a little look behind the scenes and discover more about the inspiration behind the collection…

Inspired by a group of post impressionist artists called The Camden Town Group - the collection pays homage to the vibrant palette and short thick brushstrokes that was so prevalent in works by Walter Sickert, Lucien Pissarro, Charles Ginner and Harold Gilman among others.

The CTG were irreverent and ground breaking – pushing boundaries and putting London firmly on the map in the process. Arriving after the pre Raphaelites and before the Bloomsbury Group, they concentrated on the ordinary and everyday and breathed new life into the seemingly mundane.

Their work has suffused our new collections with a modern artistry and a new take on painterly details that make Tapestry Flower such an exciting new launch.
