Cookies

Our websites use cookies to collect information. Cookies are tiny text files stored on your computer when you visit certain web pages, which we use to keep track of what you have in your basket, and to remember you when you return to our site.

To make full use of the online shopping and personalised features on our websites, your computer, tablet or mobile phone will need to accept cookies, as we can only provide you with certain personalised features of this website by using them.

What are cookies used for?

Our cookies store information about your browsing and purchasing behaviour. Our cookies don't store sensitive information such as your name, address or payment details: they simply hold the 'key' that, once you're signed in, is associated with this information.

Third Party cookies

First-party cookies are the cookies that Designers Guild set from one of our websites; third-party cookies are cookies on a Designers Guild website that come from different domains. An example of a third-party website that may use cookies on designersguild.com is YouTube™. We sometimes feature product videos on our website that are hosted on YouTube. Although the videos are made by us and displayed on our website, the content comes from YouTube, which is a third-party domain; therefore, you may receive a YouTube cookie. We don't control the setting of these cookies, so it’s worth checking the third-party website for more information about their cookies and how to manage them.

How do I disable cookies?

If you'd prefer to restrict, block or delete cookies from Designers Guild, or any other website, you can use your browser to do this. Each browser is different, so check the 'Help' menu of your particular browser (or your mobile phone's handset manual) to learn how to change your cookie preferences.

What happens if I disable cookies?

This depends on which cookies you disable, but in general the website may not operate properly if cookies are switched off. If you only disable third party cookies, you will not be prevented from making purchases on our sites. If you disable all cookies, you will be unable to complete a purchase on our sites.

How long do we keep your data?
