Financial Controller

Location: Head Office, London W10

We are looking for a commercially astute Financial Controller to manage the accounts department.

The ideal applicant will possess excellent management skills and be technically strong with a flair for numbers and analysis. The ability to communicate at all levels in the business coupled with a highly organized work method is essential for this role along with the ability to think both commercially and creatively.

The principle responsibilities of this role include the following:
Ownership of management accounting - P&L & Balance Sheet
Ownership of month – end close and producing monthly management accounts (including P&L & balance sheet)
Responsibility for monthly variance analysis including working with budget holders throughout the business
Management of finance department
Management of the annual audit preparation and relationship with the auditors
Statutory accounts preparation
Annual budgets.
Cash flow monitoring
UK VAT returns and other external reporting, intrastat, French VAT
Liaison with foreign accountants

Qualifications/ Experience
This role will suit someone with a strong academic background and a good degree plus an accountancy qualification (CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or overseas equivalent), PQE in finance leadership/controlling in a medium sized business (£30m to £70m). Retail / wholesale experience preferred.

Italian Speaking Customer Service Account Executive

Location: Head Office, London W10

We currently have a fantastic opportunity within our Italian Customer Service department for an experienced Customer Service Executive.

This is not the typical call centre environment and the ideal candidate will have to be fluent in spoken and written Italian (as well as English) coupled with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

The key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring orders are processed accurately within the agreed service levels.
• Dealing directly with clients either by Phone & Email (B2B, Export)
• Responding promptly to customer enquiries (Price, Delivery, Stock availability etc)
• Liaison with internal departments (Purchasing, Marketing, Warehouse, Credit Control etc)
• Communication with external department (Couriers, Treatment Centres etc)
• After sales care
• Supporting VIP accounts and so forth

The perfect applicant will be able to demonstrate a positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional and natural telephone manner.

Swedish Speaking Customer Service Executive

The ideal candidate will have to be fluent in spoken and written Swedish, (fluency in any other Scandinavian languages are advantageous) plus have an understanding of Danish and Norwegian.

The key responsibilities include:

Showroom Interiors Sales Consultant - Kings Road

Location: Kings Road, Chelsea SW3

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours, 5 days per week), dynamic, sales driven Sales Consultant to join our team at our flagship fabric showroom in Chelsea.

Applicants must have relevant sales experience and a knowledge of and interest in soft furnishings. Experience of dealing with fabrics in a retail environment is an advantage. You will be expected to promote sales, advise customers on interior decoration and maintain the high standards required by the company. A keen interest in contemporary design and furniture is a bonus.
