Financial Controller

Location: Head Office, London W10

We are looking for a commercially astute Financial Controller to manage the accounts department.

The ideal applicant will possess excellent management skills and be technically strong with a flair for numbers and analysis. The ability to communicate at all levels in the business coupled with a highly organized work method is essential for this role along with the ability to think both commercially and creatively.

The principle responsibilities of this role include the following:
Ownership of management accounting - P&L & Balance Sheet
Ownership of month – end close and producing monthly management accounts (including P&L & balance sheet)
Responsibility for monthly variance analysis including working with budget holders throughout the business
Management of finance department
Management of the annual audit preparation and relationship with the auditors
Statutory accounts preparation
Annual budgets.
Cash flow monitoring
UK VAT returns and other external reporting, intrastat, French VAT
Liaison with foreign accountants

Qualifications/ Experience
This role will suit someone with a strong academic background and a good degree plus an accountancy qualification (CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or overseas equivalent), PQE in finance leadership/controlling. Retail/ wholesale experience would be useful but is not a necessary requirement for this role.

Graphic Designer

Location: Head Office, London W10

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer, with relevant home or fashion experience to join our flourishing e-commerce team. You will be someone who loves to work on challenging briefs and who always ensures that the customer is at the forefront of every design.

Key responsibilities include:
Designing B2C marketing emails, ensuring you are following the marketing calendar and design brief.
Designing landing pages, homepages and banners, whilst adhering to brand guidelines.
Producing good quality engaging and consistent images, artwork, banners and other marketing material for the website, emails and social media campaigns.
Managing your schedule to ensure emails, banners, graphics and all assets are delivered on time to meet deadlines.
A clear understanding of seasonal brand handwriting, tone of voice and style guide and applying it to all seasonal artworks whilst adhering to brand guidelines.
Researching new trends within design and digital and implement these onto design work.

About You:
You are creative and confident whilst working within a fast-paced environment and you must be reactive with your workload as the needs of the business change.
You’ll have a strong eye for detail and innovation which will allow you to push design boundaries and challenge the norm.
You must have a positive can-do attitude and follow the briefs set by the wider team and relevant experience working for an online website
Be proficient in Adobe suite programs including Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator
A great team player and communicator with the ability to manage your own workload and meet challenging deadlines
Passionate about the online world and hitting targets!

Customer Service Account Executive - Italian speaking

Location: Head Office, London W10

We currently have a fantastic opportunity within our Italian Customer Service department for an experienced Customer Service Executive.

This is not the typical call centre environment and the ideal candidate will have to be fluent in spoken and written Italian (as well as English) coupled with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

The key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring orders are processed accurately within the agreed service levels.
• Dealing directly with clients either by Phone & Email (B2B, Export)
• Responding promptly to customer enquiries (Price, Delivery, Stock availability etc)
• Liaison with internal departments (Purchasing, Marketing, Warehouse, Credit Control etc)
• Communication with external department (Couriers, Treatment Centres etc)
• After sales care
• Supporting VIP accounts and so forth

Work Experience - Retail

Location: King's Road, Chelsea SW3

We have fantastic work experience positions available based at our stunning flagship showroom on the King's Road in Chelsea. We usually accommodate placements of 1 or 2 weeks and you will gain a valuable insight into both retail and interior design. Work experience is unpaid, although we offer a nominal amount to cover your travel expenses and lunch.

We are currently inviting applications for placements from late September 2019 onwards.

Regrettably we are unable to accommodate students under the age of 18.
