Delivery Service Information

Paint & rug orders are always despatched separately to other goods. Paint cards are delivered free of charge.

With the exception of Rugs and paint, you will be notified the day before your goods are due for delivery by SMS.  You will be given a one hour delivery window which you can re-schedule.

Orders must be placed by 12 noon (10am for paint orders) on the previous working day for our next working day delivery service.

Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries. In the case of an order containing out of stock items, customers will be given the option at check-out of either part ship or to wait for all goods to be in stock before shipping. Orders that are part shipped will be charged an additional, one off payment of £3.95, regardless of how many shipments are made.

For security reasons, parcels may require a signature.

We hope you are happy with your order, but if for any reason you are not, please read on for our returns policy.

All goods sold on our website can be returned for a refund excluding paint, which is mixed to order and can not be refunded. All items being returned should be in perfect unused condition, along with tags and packaging within 28 days. For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns on bed linen that has been removed from its packaging.

Alternatively, if you have not yet registered with us, please refer back to our order confirmation e-mail, and click on the link below the statement. If you don't have a password, you can create one by visiting user login and from there, you will be able to quickly arrange your return.

We strongly recommend that you return all items via registered post so that you have proof of dispatch in case an item is lost. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note also that postage cannot be refunded.

Once you have placed your order and chosen which shop you would like to collect from, we will send you a confirmation e-mail, confirming when your order will be ready to collect.

Please bring a print out of your order receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase, along with proof of ID. Some one else can collect your order, but to prevent fraud the person you nominate must present a note from you confirming the arrangement, along with their ID, your ID and proof of purchase. Click & Collect returns should not be returned to our flagship stores and should be returned in the usual way (please see returns section at the bottom of this page).

1. To begin our automated returns procedure please login to www.designersguild.com/uk-shop-online/my-account/order-history/ with the account details you used to place the order. Locate the order that you wish to return and press the returns button (Only qualifying orders will display the returns button, please refer to our returns policy above). Select the product you wish to return, enter the quantity and reason for the return.
