Before contacting us, please check to see if your query is dealt with in our FAQ section of the website

For all enquiries that are not answered in our FAQ’s, please email us at shoponlineuk@designersguild.com, and a member of our team will be happy to help.

Please ensure that if you are contacting us regarding an order, that you have your order number ready to hand. Please note that we aim to respond to all emails and enquiries within 24 hours, however, during very busy periods, this time may be extended.

Our offices are open Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm excluding bank and public holidays.

Fabrics, Wall coverings & Furniture

For all queries regarding our fabrics, wall coverings and furniture including price enquiries and sample requests, please email info@designersguild.com

Designers Guild fabrics, wall coverings and furniture are not available for purchase online; they are however available through our stores, stocklists, and also worldwide through leading interior decorators and retailers, all of whom offer an exceptionally high standard of service.

Alternatively, you can also visit our flagship store on the Kings Road, or else at our Marylebone store and Selfridges concession.

Returns

For details on how to return an item for a refund, please r­ead our returns policy, and begin our automated returns service.

Alternatively, please contact us at shoponlineuk@designersguild.com and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you. Please ensure that when you contact us, you state your order number, the items you wish to return, and a brief explanation as to why you are returning the items.
