facilities assistant/receptionist - head office

We are looking for a well-presented all rounder for this varied position at Designers Guild's West London Head Office.

Duties will include: general administration support to the Facilities Manager, arranging call outs on broken equipment, delivering post, building maintenance checks, st­ationery ordering, recycling, daily front of house work and reception cover, dealing with company phones, mobiles and blackberry requirements, daily car fleet requirements and any other ad hoc duties according to the needs of the business. 

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible and able to take on any task given them.

The hours will be 9.30 to 5.30 alternating with 8.15 - 4.15, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.

Prior experience with office facilities department would be very advantageous.
